How do i return the items to beadsofbullets?
Customers will bear the full responsibility in ensuring the items are packed and sealed properly.
We strongly encourage REGISTERED POSTAGE so we can track the parcel, we will not be responsible for lost mails during exchange.
Upon receiving the defected goods, we will replace a new one and mail it back to you, all postage fees will be covered by BOB.
A full refund will be issued back if the item(s) is/are out of stock.
All coupons are only valid for a period of time from the date of issue.
