Beadsofbullets is based in Singapore!

Worldwide shipping is currently not available due to COVID-19 restrictions across different countries.

Will the sales be contributed to Korea's & Japan's Chart?

Yes, all album sales will be contributed to both Korea & Japan official music chart.

What is the currency stated on this website?

All prices are stated in SGD ($)

How do we get wholesale rates?

How long do you take to reply e-mails?

All e-mails regarding general enquired will be replied within 24~48 hours.

Enquires that require cross-checking etc. may take up to 5 working days to be replied.

*Please note that our staffs have working hours which differ daily, and do not work over weekends. Please be reasonable in expecting replies through emails should you choose to email in at wee hours or over weekend.

However, the office is only open for self-collection of items. All visits to office has to be notified and confirmed in advance.
We reserve the rights to reject any request of dropping by the office.

ORDER

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Albums (Supplier Ver)
♦ New Release – 1~2 weeks of waiting time counting from the released date
♦ Restock/Post-Release/Old Release – 1~2.5 weeks of waiting time counting from the release date*

Albums (Site Ver)/MD
♦ At least 2 weeks of waiting time counting from shipment date/arrival at KR warehouse
(Please note that Sites DO NOT send out the items on the day of release date)

*Album (Restock/Post-restock/Old Release) might take a longer time as albums might be out of stock, and will take some time to restock.

All stated waiting time are subjected to changes depending on stock availability/other circumstances. 

How do i know my order is being verified?

An email will be sent to notify you once we’ve received your payment

PROCESSING = VERIFIED

Is shipping fees included?

Yes, unless otherwise stated.

Is any 2nd payment/top up required?

For most instances, no 2nd payment/top up is required.

For some cases, top up will be required due to several reasons including but not limited to:
(1) Additional domestic shipping fees incurred
(2) Actual album weight exceeds estimated album weight incurring more higher shipping fees

What if the item(s) i want is/are not listed on your site?

For albums: Group/Artist Name + Album Title

For MD: Site Link/Details

How do I know if there are updates for my order?

Update for orders (if any) will be given through email.

If there are no update emails, that means there are no updates (e.g. delay) given by the companies.

I did not receive any poster(s) for my order!

Please note that ALL posters are given according to availability. If you did not receive any posters, it either meant (1) your order was made after pre-order deadline; (2) poster availability is limited and hence, no poster(s) is/are allocated to you. NO refunds will be given should there be no poster(s) given.

Will my poster be folded?

Beadsofbullets will never fold your posters without your consent, all posters will be rolled.

I do not want posters/want my posters folded, but I wish to opt for Express Mail!

* This request is only applicable to pre-order albums that has posters as pre-order benefit.

In such a case, please indicate in order notes that you do not wish to receive posters. Excess postage payment will be refunded later on after delivery has been done.

PAYMENT

How do i verify my payment?

Please note that verification payment should be done before the stated deadline. We reserve the rights to reject any orders with payment verification filled up after the deadline even if it has been transferred before that.

How do i pay for my order(s) if i do not have an ATM card?

Please head down to the nearest CASH DEPOSIT ATM machine.
POSB and OCBC accepts bank deposit and NO ATM card is needed.
Feel free to contact for any guide/help!

Please remember to round up the amount, excess will be refunded.

Is Cash Upon Collection allowed?

Not allowed.

What if the ATM did not produce any receipt?

Please note down the date and time of transfer and send us an e-mail immediately so we will check it for you!

What if i am unable to make payment on time?

We do not accept late payments, full payment has to be made before the stated deadline for us to accept your order.

What if i did not receive any confirmation email after confirming my payment?

Please give 24~48 hours to verify your payment. If your order is still on-hold after 2 days, please contact immediately.

There is no separate confirmation email sent. Once payment is verified, order status will be changed to ‘Processing’ and an automated email with be sent to the email address provided.

COLLECTION/POSTAGE

How long can i keep my items with Beadsofbullets?

Please note that BEADSOFBULLETS will only hold your items for 1 month counting from your last order arrival. All goods will be confiscated after deadline and that there is no deadline extension request (with reason) from buyer.

What if i do not have the time to collect my items?

Advisable for you to opt for delivery instead if you can’t make it to any of our collection within 3 weeks.

Will my items be confiscated if i failed to turn up the collection?

No, your items will not be confiscated.
However, there will be a penalty fee of $5 will be imposed if failed to turn up without any advance notice.

This is only applicable for customers who have confirmed their meet up but failed to turn up for the collection without any advance notice.

Why have I not receive collection email/my items even though your arrival list includes an item that I've purchased?

These are the possible reasons:

(1) Albums/MD arrived in batches, and the batch that arrived did not include your order. (Allocated first-come-first-serve based on payment)

(2) The albums that have arrived are Supplier Ver, but you’ve purchased Site Ver which will take longer to arrive.

(3) You’ve opted for postage. No collection email will be sent to buyers who have paid for delivery when placing order.

(4) You have purchased items with multiple release dates AND opted for delivery. Your order will only be sent out after ALL the items have arrived (i.e. after the arrival of the item with the latest release date). Should you wish to collect your items as soon as they arrive, it is advisable for you to make separate orders OR opt for self-collection.

Why have I not receive collection email/my items even though the item is available at your physical store already?

We will greatly appreciate if you do not compare the two as the online and physical store operates separately.

These are the possible reasons:

(1) The albums that have arrived are Supplier Ver, but you’ve purchased Site Ver which will take longer to arrive.

(2) You’ve opted for postage. No collection email will be sent to buyers who have paid for delivery when placing order.

(3) You have purchased items with multiple release dates AND opted for delivery. Your order will only be sent out after ALL the items have arrived (i.e. after the arrival of the item with the latest release date). Should you wish to collect your items as soon as they arrive, it is advisable for you to make separate orders OR opt for self-collection.

(4) The physical store and online stores operate separately. Items for the two stores are ordered, packed, and shipped separaetly.

Can I arrange for my own courier pick up as the delivery charges are too costly?

We do not entertain such requests. The quoted delivery charges are inclusive of delivery fees from our office to your address, material fees (including bubble wraps, tapes, stickers, box/mailing bags), GST etc.

Can I collect the items I've ordered online at your physical store?

It is not possible to collect online orders at the physical store as the online and physical store operates separately.

All orders made online can only be collected via Self-Collection at Mid View City or via delivery.

** Collection at physical/offline store is only allowed for selected items (bulky/fragile items) with additional charges. Option will only be offered by us depending on situation and will not be on customer’s request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return & Exchange policy is only applicable to purchases that is made through BEADSOFBULLETS.
We are not liable of defected goods for postages and from sealed albums.

For any defected/wrong goods, please email beadsofbullets@hotmail.com with the unboxing video attached. Exchange/replacement (if possible) will only be considered when unboxing video is provided. Otherwise, any exchange/replacement request will not be entertained.

Please note that BEADSOFBULLETS will not be responsible for any missing content as long as the merchandise is SEALED.

 

How do i return the items to beadsofbullets?

Customers will bear the full responsibility in ensuring the items are packed and sealed properly.
We strongly encourage TRACKED DELIVERY so we can track the parcel, we will not be responsible for lost mails during exchange.

Upon receiving the defected goods, we will replace a new one and mail it back to you, all postage fees will be covered by BEADSOFBULLETS.
A full refund will be issued back if the item(s) is/are out of stock.

COUPONS

All coupons are only valid for a period of time from the date of issue.
Coupons are NOT EXCHANGEABLE for cash.
ONE coupon is only permitted for ONE TIME USE.
No further extension of validity of coupon.
