For all album pre-order:
Batch 1 Album Orders (i.e. orders placed with payment made before the stated deadline on listing page) will have its first press benefits/posters secured (if applicable) and albums will arrive approximately 1 week after release.
Subsequent Album Orders (i.e. orders placed after stated deadline) will be placed daily, first press benefits/posters are subjected to availability, given according to the FCFS basis. Albums will arrive approximately 1-4 weeks after release depending on the stock availability/restock period.
Refund will be issued if there is no restock after 3-4 weeks.
Selection of album version is NOT allowed.
If no options are available to select on album listing = no choosing of albums allowed.
For orders that were placed before the stated first batch deadline, we will try our best to assign your preferred version (if stated under order notes while ordering)
**No refunds will be given if PO benefits are not secured/preferred album version not given
